RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30 day return policy. After 30 days of the purchase date, there will be no refunds or exchanges/replacement of items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in its original condition as well as original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, such as lingerie, underwear or bedding.  We also cannot accept, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after purchase

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Please package goods in the original packaging and include packing slip or receipt.  Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. Please provide your email address. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days of initiating the credit. Please keep in mind, Hauls may process the refund, but it may take a day or two for your financial institution to refund the charge.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Within 30 days of the purchase date, we will exchange your item for a different size, or same priced alternate item from the same store, so long as the requested exchange is in stock, and we receive the original item back in its original condition and packaging. Buyer will pay for all shipping costs for an exchange, including the cost to send the item back to us, and the cost to ship the exchanged item. A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to your request for an exchange.

Within 30 days of the purchase date, we will replace defective or damaged items with proper documentation and inspection of the item.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless Hauls has made an error or sent defective or incorrect merchandise.  Buyer pays for all shipping costs associated with an exchange or return, unless Hauls has made an error.  Please use a trackable shipping service as Hauls cannot be responsible for tracking or lost merchandise without a tracker.
